Postpartum core workouts don’t have to be extreme to be effective 🤍
These 3 ab exercises helped me start rebuilding strength in my core while still being realistic for mom life.

✨ Toe taps — great for control & deep core engagement
✨ In & outs — helps strengthen your lower abs + stability
✨ Bird dogs — one of my favorites for core + pelvic stability postpartum

I used to think “toning” meant doing endless crunches, but postpartum fitness has taught me that consistency and rebuilding strength matters way more 👏🏼

If you’re postpartum and trying to feel strong again, start where you are. Your body did something incredible 🤍
