Great time out at the @hbganttcenter with @springcolorsclt! 🍂

Ran into a couple of my guys, enjoyed the atmosphere, and made some great connections throughout the night.

Great people, great energy, mature crowd and I had to hit a little line dance or two 😂

Definitely a night well spent.

Fall Colors. Heavy on the grown. 🍂🥃

Put the running clothes away and got dressed for the evening. 😎

Randomly ran into my high school prom date — we were voted Best Looking our senior year. Talk about a throwback. 😂

Great night at the Gantt. 🥂

Happy Birthday Nupe, Antwaun! 🎂♦️👌🏾

From NYC 🗽 to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 to Sydney 🇦🇺, we’ve crossed a lot of finish lines together. NYC Marathon, Lola Challenge, Sydney Marathon…and plenty of miles in between.

But before all those medals and miles, we were already connected through the Bond. ♦️

Only right that we kicked off your birthday with some miles with The Sole this morning. 🏃🏾‍♂️💨

Happy Birthday, frat! Here’s to more life, more miles, more stamps in the passport, and a whole lot more finish lines. YO! ♦️👌🏾

Around The Crown hit differently this year. Time and expectations can sure be deceiving.

This year, races have been getting tougher and tougher, and this 10K definitely took the cake. 🥴 Expectations were at an ALL-TIME HIGH!

Although my time wasn’t what I’d expect, it reflected the many stops I NEEDED. The stop for a friend. The stop to hug a friend. The stop to catch my breath. The stop to control my breathing. The stop to get my breathing back. The stop to walk..

My watch had me finishing just under an hour, but I always look for the race timers because that’s when I know I’m trying to give it my all. I know I didn’t this time around, but honestly, I physically couldn’t—and that’s okay. Not every race is going to go as planned. You live and learn. So, we’ll try this again…at another race! 🏃🏽‍♀️
HOWEVER: NO EXPECTATIONS!!! 😂✨

One HUGE shoutout is needed to the girl who pushed me on Mile 5 when I stopped, grabbed me water, and encouraged me when I really needed it. I don’t remember your name, but THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! 🙏🏽 You have no idea how much that meant in that moment. ❤️

And BIG CONGRATS 🎉 to everyone who completed their first 10K or hit an amazing PR! 🥹👏🏽 Whether it was your first race, your fastest race, or simply a race you made it through—you did that! Proud of you! ✨

Around the Crown 10K 👑

Yesterday I was on the volunteer side, helping out with the race with ZERO plans of running today.

Then somehow I lucked up on a bib from someone who couldn’t run… and you already know what happened next. 😂

Volunteer yesterday. Runner today. 🏃🏾‍♂️💨

No training plan for this one. No expectations. Just an unexpected 6.2 miles through the Queen City surrounded by familiar faces, different run crews, and some of the best energy Charlotte has to offer.
