“James and Chloe onboarded me very smoothly & made me feel super comfortable on the calls, covering all the questions I needed to ask when getting my VA started. Before working with our VA I was a solo founder doing everything myself. This whole process was super new to me & I had never even interviewed someone, so it has not only lifted so much stress but has also taught me more about hiring & my business.

As soon as I onboarded Jennabel, customer service and wholesale outreach have had a massive impact on my business. We have been getting at least 2–3 a week now & it has allowed me to focus on other areas of growth.

I think as founders we think we need to be across everything & in control of tasks that should not need our constant attention. It has allowed me to focus on higher leverage tasks, more study & have more spare time to have days off. I’m excited to go full time soon & to see what the future brings.”

~ Ebony, Founder, LFJ

Jennabel took over customer service and wholesale outreach for Love From Janet, and she’s now landing 2–3 new wholesale accounts a week. A first-time hire for a solo founder who’d never interviewed anyone.
