Shouting a very happy birthday to this beautiful soul 😍🎉
Lins, where would we be if our paths hadn’t crossed 15+ years ago. Certainly without thousands of hours of laughter, growing and adventure. Thanks for getting me on a level few understand #hamcreamcheesepicklerollup wishing you, Ry and Jack the best year ahead! Can’t wait to play shaggy for you and celebrate together someday soon. 😘

Happy Birthday Herm Germ!!! 🥳

Gilda, our 15+ years are full of every possible emotion, experience, and adventure possible, but I know the best is still yet to come.

You have a heart of gold, are an amazing business woman, successful entrepreneur and most of all you love those around you in the biggest way possible. I’m so lucky our paths crossed all those years ago. Love you Germy. Wishing you a year to grow, relax, and celebrate all the amazing accomplishments you have achieved. 🎂🥳🥰 🥂

What an experience! Friends near and far were freezing for a reason at CryoPlus Wellness’s Cryo-for-a-Cause fundraiser benefiting It’s Our Little Story Organization. For many, this was their first time trying Cryotherapy. And they all did wonderfully well getting past any fears and plunging into the cold for a great cause! StretchLab, South Elgin came out and provided 15-20 min full body stretches. Cleanse Juice, St. Charles provided juices for everyone to sip. Ellen Geis & MJ Volkers were present offering their expertise on health & wellness! A handful of members from Fusion Academy of Martial Arts & Kickboxing w/Maebs came to try Cryo and the other services like Bemer, Joovv, and Normatec. All services that help with inflammation, muscle & joint pain, and increasing recuperation, to name a few!

It’s Our Little Story is thankful to Gilda Valenzuela of CryoPlus Wellness for hosting this great event! Helping IOLS bring awareness to April child abuse prevention month. Everyone had a great experience and one they will not forget!

Many thanks to:
🙏🏽 StretchLab, South Elgin
🙏🏽 Clean Juice, St. Charles
🙏🏽 Ellen Geis Wellness
🙏🏽 MJ Volkers Wellness Coaching
🙏🏽 Fusion Academy of Martial Arts
🙏🏽 Family & Friends for literally FREEZING for a great reason! #itsourlittlestoryorg #learntolivenotjustsurvive #childabusepreventionmonth #youcanwriteyourstory 🥶📝💙📖

True friendships do not rely on distance, do not feel time & honor quality over quantity. 🙌🏼🙌🏽

Amber & Lyla had theeeee BEST 24 hours together 🦋🦋 These babygirls met in the kiddie pool as new neighbors in San Diego years ago.. her family moved back to Chicago not long after but the imprint in the heart was there 🦄

We were so excited to have her and her sweet fam come see us in Florida this week & man they didn’t skip a beat 🎵

Her mama is also one of the most resilient and hard working women I know and is a dear friend. (Swipe to the end to see the mamas!)

So grateful for GOOD people in our lives 🙏🏼 we love you guys 🥰
