If you’re scared of getting older…Please don’t be.

This is me at 24.
I was already a young mum. I’d already experienced heartbreak, grief, financial stress & more uncertainty than I knew what to do with. 😭

This is me at 36.
Life didn’t magically get easier.
But I got stronger.
Wiser.
Calmer.
More grounded.
More myself.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learnt is that getting older isn’t something to fear. It’s a privilege. Not everyone gets the chance to grow older.

Every year teaches you something.
Every challenge shapes you.
Every season introduces you to another version of yourself.

The woman I am today exists because the woman at 24 refused to give up.

So if you’re worried about getting older, don’t focus on what time might take away. Focus on everything it’s still going to give you.

More wisdom.
More confidence.
More perspective.
More peace.
More moments with the people you love.

…& if we’re lucky, we’ll all age like a fine wine too. 🍷😂

Because let’s be honest…36 is looking a whole lot healthier, happier, glowier & a hell of a lot more at peace than 24 ever did. Turns out the real glow up wasn’t looking younger. It was becoming her.

Big love, Kas x

There was a time I genuinely didn’t know how I was going to do it.

When I had Alaya, I had nothing.
I remember selling things around the house just to get by. I remember crying myself to sleep wondering how I’d ever build a life for the two of us.

I started mowing lawns with my stepdad because I couldn’t just sit there hoping things would somehow change. I was never very good at asking for help.

So I did the only thing I knew how to do, I figured it out.

One chapter of that journey was network marketing, I threw myself into it. I’d drive all over Victoria with Alaya in the back seat, hosting little in-home events, sharing products, sharing a vision & hoping people could see what I saw.

Not because I loved the hustle, but because I loved what it represented. A chance to create a better future for my daughter.

I’ve been building ever since.
Different businesses.
Different ideas.
Different chapters.
Some worked. Some haven’t.

But the one thing that’s never changed is this - I’ve never stopped believing our life could become more than what it was.

I’m still building. I haven’t “made it.”
I still have big dreams.
I still wonder how I’m going to get there.
I still take risks.
I still fail.
I still start again.

So I just keep showing up. Because every version of our life that’s become better started with one decision to keep going. & who’s to say the next chapter won’t be the one that changes everything?

♡

If you’ve followed my journey, you’ll know @loveherfirst___ was never created just to sell courses or digital products.

It was created because I know what it feels like to question yourself, to wonder if life is ever going to change & to want more for yourself but not know where to start.

I’ve learnt that change rarely starts with your circumstances. It starts with the conversations you have with yourself. The beliefs you choose to hold onto. The small decisions you make every single day.

That’s exactly why I created LHF. I’m not sharing from the finish line. I’m sharing what I’ve learnt through lived experience.

If this resonated with you, everything you need is waiting for you via the link in my bio.

Big love, Kas. X

she’s live… 🥹🤍

& I don’t think I’ve ever been more proud of myself.

This has been on my heart for so many years… through some of the hardest seasons of my life, through grief, growth, motherhood, rebuilding, & becoming the woman I am today.

There were times I didn’t recognise myself.
Times I felt lost, disconnected, & so far from who I knew I could be.

& now…to be here, creating something that helps other women find their way back to themselves, it just means everything.

Love Her First is officially open!!!! ♥️✨

This isn’t just something I created…it’s something I lived.

It’s the journey of learning how to choose yourself again.
To rebuild your confidence.
To feel grounded, calm, & at peace within.

If you’ve ever felt like you’ve lost yourself along the way…this is for you 🤍

I created @loveherfirst___ as a reminder to myself first, & then to other women, of who we are before the roles, expectations, & everything life piles on.

It’s about learning to choose yourself without guilt, because just like the oxygen mask on a plane, you have to take care of yourself first in order to truly be there for everyone else.

When a woman learns to love herself first, everything shifts, her confidence, boundaries, relationships, & the way she shows up in life.

I’ve poured that message into my OG tees so it’s something you can wear & be reminded of.

So much more to come 🤭

I still can’t believe an idea I once had & chose to action is now a movement.

My business @loveherfirst___ is already changing lives, including mine & we’re only just beginning.

There is so much more to come. 🤭
So many offers.
So many transformations.

But the movement has already started & seeing women already wearing it makes my heart so full.

I’m just getting started.

This year had its moments. Life did what life does sometimes & I chose to keep going. Because when things don’t go to plan, we still get a choice in how we move forward.

I became a qualified NLP Master Practitioner & an Accredited Mindset Coach, turning lived experience into purpose. Built a business, launched my first product, & kept choosing growth even when it felt uncomfortable.

I ran my first 10km fun run (still proud tbh), we travelled to Maui, Oahu, Katoomba & the Cook Islands, reconnected with my dad after 10 years & my aunts after 20, healing, movement, sunshine, all of it.

Alaya finished year 7 with steady rising grades all year she worked so hard on her grades. She completed Grade 5 RAD Ballet & made it to regional level for hurdles again this year (on just my training… imagine when she has a proper coach 🤣)

I didn’t just build a business this year, I protected our peace & I showed my daughter what it looks like to keep going, no matter what.

To our friends & family - we love you, always. Thank you for supporting us, cheering us on, holding space, & loving us through every version of this year. We are so grateful for you.

& to anyone reading this that needed a pick me up I hope this is what you needed - I hope you can look back on your year with kindness. Whatever it held. Whatever you had to carry. Whatever lessons it brought. Be proud of yourself for making it through, for growing, for learning, & for still choosing to show up.

You’re here, in this moment, & that alone is something to be grateful for. Take the goodness, take the lessons, leave the rest behind. There is so much still unfolding for you. Each day is a blessing never forget the privilege you have to be here in this moment!

Here’s to the year that was.

Me & mine. Always 🤍✨

Creating something this meaningful takes time & so much heart.
I’ve poured myself into every layer of @loveherfirst___ & yes… it’s been coming for a while 🤭😅✨

But I wanted it to be special.
I wanted it to feel like a deep exhale for women.
A safe space. A reminder of who you are. A big, grounding hug when you need it most.

So this became one of those projects you build with your whole heart. The kind that asks for patience, trust, & manyyy late nights at the laptop.

We’re so close now. 🥰🥹
If you’ve been craving something supportive, uplifting, & real, this is for you. 🤍

Big love, Kas
