The weather is unpredictable… and sometimes the WIND has other plans.

Backyard catering is gorgeous. The mountains, the open air, the beautiful tablescape… it’s basically a fairytale.

And then the wind shows up like, “Cute setup. Let me just rearrange everything.”

But when you’ve been in the catering business long enough, you learn that there’s not a lot we can’t handle.

Wind? We’ve got a plan.
Unexpected weather? We adapt.
Last-minute chaos? Handled.
Keeping the graze looking gorgeous? ALWAYS.

Because a professional caterer isn’t just there to make the food beautiful—we’re there to make sure your event keeps moving, no matter what Mother Nature throws at us.

Follow along for more behind-the-scenes catering chaos, tips & beautiful grazes!

Outdoor grazing tables require a few additional details for food safety but nothing better when it all works out. Perfect weather, some ice sheets to cool, fly fans and shade and a lot of happy guests. Thank you to my assistant @lovelife2heal for setting up this tablescape
