Some of the most meaningful moments in life happen when movement brings people together. 🤍

Last night’s Buddhi class was filled with family, laughter, and plenty of personality. Mothers, daughters, wives, cousins, and friends, all coming together to move, connect, and share in the experience.

The word Buddhi is often associated with wisdom and awareness. To me, it’s a reminder to move with intention, to become more present, and to cultivate gratitude for whatever we believe is greater than ourselves.

This is what this practice is.

Beneath all the movement, there is stillness.

Within what may appear to be chaos, there is presence.

Not perfection.

Not taking ourselves too seriously.

Just showing up, moving our bodies, laughing often, and sharing the experience with the people who matter most.

Because sometimes we don’t find stillness by standing still.

Sometimes we find it through movement .(😉)

And sometimes the most beautiful part of the practice isn’t found in the pose or the moves, but in the people beside us. 🤍✨

My heart is always full.
