Me and my best friend Nichole Barrett enjoying a great night of DJ music and dancing

Saw my best friend Nichole Barrett DJ Alias and my friend Ritchie DJ 3assx perform at a DJ event and they were great. Along with the other DJs. Saw a friend of mine which was nice. Aldo met a couple new people. The music sounded great. I liked the songs. The vibes coming from the event felt really great and filled with great positive energy that made everyone excited, hyper, cheering and dancing. Danced a bit myself. I had a great time at the event.

Came for the cave. Stayed for lunch. Apparently considered just not going home. 😂🇧🇧

We’ll take that as a five-star review. 😏💙

Meet Nicole

With a lifelong passion for movement, Nicole's journey began in gymnastics before evolving into strength training and, ultimately, the transformative practice of yoga. More than a decade later, yoga has become not just something she practicesbut a way of living.

Grounded in Hatha, Vinyasa, mindfulness, and inspired by the traditional practice of Ashtanga, Nicole creates classes that invite you to move with intention, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

When she's not teaching, you'll likely find her collecting unique rocks along the beach, reading self-growth books, writing poetry, singing, dancing, spending time by the water, cuddling her cats, or traveling in search of new adventures.

Nicole believes yoga is a lifelong journey of learning, connection, and presence and she brings that heart into every class she teaches.

Join Nicole for:
🔥 **Immersive Fire** – a powerful, energizing practice to awaken your inner strength.
🌿 **Immersive Earth** – a grounding experience designed to help you reconnect, restore, and feel rooted.

Come move, breathe, and grow with Nicole. We can't wait for you to experience her beautiful energy.

Shambhala… where do I begin?

I’m yet speechless once again after this magical experience. My heart is full, my mind is at ease, and I’m leaving with so much gratitude.
I can’t thank enough the beautiful souls who made this journey so unforgettable. What we shared was something truly special. From the laughter and late-night adventures to the quiet moments of connection, every memory is one I’ll carry with me.

From new connections to lifelong memories, I know why you are my home. Until next time. 🦉

✨️ Shambhala Music Festival ✨️

Sending a biiiig shoutout to @amplivesworld & @def3 for coming out to make this Renegade EXTRA special 🙌🔥. And to everyone who showed up for the impromptu Renegade, it wouldn't have been the vibe it was without you all 🫡🥹.

Also had the honor of @musicbyinnocent rinsing out a wicked daytime set ⛽️.

Thank you @pulsephotocanada for capturing these moments from our favorite Shambhala yet 👌🥂

Until next time Shambhala 🫶❤️
