She showed up. She shared her story. She built something real. ✨

She Builds wasn't just an event.... it was reminder that you don't have to choose between the woman you are and the one you're becoming. Every conversation in that room was proof that when women gather with intention, something powerful happens.

If this is the kind of community you've been looking for, you're already home.
Follow along...more is coming.

A huge thank you to Dr. Carol Trakimas and the Dermatology Solutions of NC Cares team for hosting our first-ever skin cancer screening! 💙 Early detection matters—and thanks to this partnership, lives are being impacted. We’re also so grateful to Love Overload for serving a delicious meal that nourished both body and soul. Thank you to all the volunteers and donors that make our missions possible! Thank you @rewskitchen @wafl_lady for being the platinum for our July Love & Uplift Community Meal at the womens shelter!! The ladies and our team ravved about her pineapple, red velvet and cinnamon roll gourmet waffles 🧇 One lady shared that she could feel the love in the food prepared and stated that it reminded her of a home cooked meal from her deceased mother. The love felt when our team serves remind me that the God given vision and mission of Love Overload is accomplished 💜🤍

When I tell you, @loveoverloadinc has been favored with the best team! We serve, worship God, laugh, and enjoy our assignments together. Last Saturday, 1 soul was restored in Jesus Name after the feeding all because a LO volunteer asked if she needed prayer. Lord, we don’t take this assignment for granted 🙌🏾🙌🏾 #loveoverload #raleigh #Christian #charity #community #KingJesus

There’s still time to sign up to volunteer with Love Overload, Inc. as we kick off Mother’s Day week honoring mothers at the Helen Wright Center. AND, it’s our 25th luncheon since our conception in 2019! What a blessing to be a blessing 🙌🏾🙌🏾

If you have lost your mother and want to honor her, come serve with us and watch how God helps you during your grief. You don’t have to bring anything…only your heart to serve 🩷

Thank you to all who have donated and signed up to volunteer thus far. We appreciate you more than you know 🫶🏾🌺🩷#MothersDay #LoveOverload

Zip, zip, hooray! Thank you, LoveOverload Inc, for making this coat drive possible. Their kindness and willingness to give have warmed our hearts as much as those coats will warm the 60 ladies at the HWCW. ❤️

What a great weekend this has been. Yesterday we celebrated with the lovely Lady EM Saunders by hosting a Love & Uplift Luncheon for her birthday! It was so beautiful. She called me up and said “Tia, instead of having a party this year, I want to partner with Love Overload by hosting a luncheon at the womens center.” So, that’s exactly what we did! We blessed the ladies with a hot meal and blessing bags filled with necessities. She is a friend, one of my most faithful volunteers and donors. I am honored to celebrate you. Happy Birthday Erica!!! I love you Sis. Love Overload loves you and May The Lord grant you ALL of your heart desires!

Enjoy the pics ❤️
