๐Ÿ’•June Book Haul๐Ÿ’• Well, June was a book heavy month! I did pick up some fab reads, which I predominantly found either on Vinted or The Works. What can I say, Iโ€™m a sucker for a bargain๐Ÿคฃ Also, a huge thank you to @therealjverma for organising a birthday book club, and allowing me to fill a space. As my birthday is in August, this felt like a little celebration for getting a job! Thank you to all who gifted๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’• The only question is, which one to read first?! #bookhaul #bookish #bookworm #bookstagrammer #booksbooksbooks

๐Ÿ“š๐ŸŽBirthday Bookish Haul๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ“š It was my birthday on the 17th, and I was lucky to be spending a few nights in London, which meant I opened my presents a little later than usual. Iโ€™ve spent the morning opening pressies from friends and family plus the mountain of Amazon parcels Iโ€™d received as part of the Birthday Book Club Iโ€™m part of. I was gifted: ๐ŸŽ 22 books ๐ŸŽ bookish quote plaque ๐ŸŽ acrylic book vase from @biblio.bloom ๐ŸŽ metal bookmark ๐ŸŽ chocolate/sweets I feel well and truly spoilt rotten. ๐Ÿ’€Phantasma by Kaylie Smith โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโœจ ADPRPRODUCT - Thank you so much to @secondskybooks @tandemcollectiveuk @readforeverpub @kaylsmoon for sending me Phantasma and Enchantra to enjoy. In three words, Phantasma was: ๐Ÿฅ€Unique! ๐Ÿ•ท๏ธAtmospheric โค๏ธโ€๐ŸฉนEngulfing Seriously though, if youโ€™re bored of fantasy romance always following the same checklist as historic bestsellers and youโ€™re crying out for something fresh that will draw you in and claw you under until youโ€™re finished - Phantasma was that for me. I adored (and loathed!) the characters and the development we see as various horrors befall them. The setting, family ties, challenges and most importantly the OCD representation were absolute perfection. I canโ€™t wait to dive into Enchantra! I ATE this up. The easiest 4.5 stars ever. I was lucky enough to be part of the Phantasma Team Tandem book club alongside @afrareads @sparetimereader @teacherwithabook @theyorkshirebookshelf @loveromancebooks21 @thebookishnarwhal @rk_reads_books @fullybookedjess @anniee.readss @becsbookshelf24 @leesey.reviews @emily.of.bookish.adventures @lulas.library @my.bookish.diaries @jilliangatchett @bleh_manda @evergirl200 @pasta_and_pages @charschapters14 and honestly couldnโ€™t have asked for a better group of people to discuss this read with. #SecondSkySpookySeason #PhantasmaTandemBookClub #ReadForeverPub
