I got my copies of the book today all wrapped up like a present and I'm a bit chuffed to see my name on the front. It was lovely to work with someone so kind and passionate about her writing. @lovesar____ is a wonderful writer, and had such a clear brief of what the book was about it was easy to produce the images. If you want a copy please contact @lovesar____

From my heart to yours beautiful sisters, mother or not, you are divine.
#
I honour and appreciate all the women I’ve met and come across. You have all taught me something - whether I liked it or not!
#
Please know you are loved and adored. Every woman is valuable to this world so please nourish and look after yourself cause we need you!
#
Mommas who are struggling or have lost their way in motherhood land - it’s ok. You will get through. It’s part of the process - just no one told you. You are so brave and courageous. Make today a time to get a few little rituals in place that are realistic and doable regularly- because no woman is superwoman and we don’t need to be!
#
Every woman has permission to eat, sleep, rest, do sweet FA, prioritise self care however they see fit.
#
Celebrate you today amazing women and moms. Lots of love to you all 🥰🥦🧜‍♀️💄.

Happy 2020 beautiful people.
#
I won’t get too bogged down in cliches but I do want to ask you about your wellness intentions for the new year.
#
I’ve realised going through motherhood, family life and now early menopause that this whole wellness “thing” is a constant, relentless journey that needs attention every day.
#
Our bodies just respond to our environment - how we care for it, the chemicals we put on it, the thoughts we have...a whole heap of stuff!
#
There is an unlimited amount of excuses we can use to justify why we don’t change our lives - even when we’re terribly miserable and know we need to! Our body doesn’t care about that - it just wants your daily attention and care.
#
This can be a lonely, isolating, confronting and inconvenient journey - but damn it’s so worth it.
#
Through my own experiences, I’m radically changing my life - lifestyle practices, daily routines, thought & belief patterns, nutrition, movement, rest. I’ve realised it’s not just one thing, it’s a collection of practices done daily that work. Creating your own set of conditions and environment that works just for you.
#
You need this than ever before as you go on your own journey of perimenopause and menopause. This is a natural, dramatic (at times), life changing period where your biochemistry is being seriously rocked!!! If you do not tend to the calls, it can be a very rocky road.
#
So I’m creating Wellness Retreats on the coast to share and teach you how and what these lifestyle practices are. I want to help you on your journey, be of service to bring you back into balance and find your mojo again!!!
#
You deserve vitality, joy, energy and even feeling sexy - there is so much of your life to look forward to. I want to connect with you and redefine your journey to wellness.
#
Make 2020 about taking back your power and self care - there’s nothing more rewarding. I’m waiting to hear from you! ❤️🙏.

Day 5/ 20 Giving T H A N K S 😍
Today’s shoutout goes to Louise & the fabulous crew @focus.mag 📝
.
Another great local business who has supported The Style Vibe from inception, helping to share my story within the Hastings Community! .
Behind the scenes these girls (and guys) work tirelessly to bring us an exciting glossy magazine - dedicated to sharing stories of people doing great things in our region, relative business information, entertainment & SO much more! 🙌🏼
.
Like so many, I love flicking through the colourful pages, reading interesting articles whilst enjoying my weekend coffee! ☕️ I also love to see the friendly & familiar faces gracing the magazines pages each month! .

A big congratulations to team FOCUS on a great mag, and for your dedication & support to marketing local businesses and our community ❤️
