Vegan Cousins, I have a confession…but promise you won’t get mad. 😬

Soooo…your girl has a podcast. And before you ask when it’s coming out…there are already 13 episodes uploaded. 😂🫣

I know. I KNOW. How did I sit on a mic for all those hours and forget to tell y’all?!

I’m tapping in with vegans, musicians, FAMU friends and business owners from all walks of life. My own mother is in episode 1, telling y’all what it’s like raising a kid like me. That woman deserves her own documentary. 🤣

If you think I’m funny in these one-minute Instagram clips, wait until you hear me raw and uncut for an hour with some of my favorite people. 🎙️

And in my defense I told my email subscribers before yall… by 24 hours but I’m just saying 🤷🏾‍♀️ sign up to be in the loop 💁🏾‍♀️

Comment SUNNI and I’ll send the link directly to your DMs. It’s also in my bio! Start with my mama’s episode and come back so we can discuss. ❤️ #podcast #explore #explorepage #vegan #conversations

🎋 Artist Announcement 📣

A fitting addition to our Bluesy celebrations, we’d like to introduce @crunchysweater.aif

A Multi-instrumentalist, Artist and Ambivert of
South African and Nigerian-German descent.
He’s renowned for his award-winning talents as
a self-produced multi-instrumentalist
singer-songwriter and as a pivotal member of
the SAMA nominated band NLite.

Crunchy’s music embodies a fusion of infectious
hooks, sensual grooves and ethereal guitar
melodies blending alternative rock/afropunk,
neo soul and ska. There is both a warmth and
darkness to his music reminiscent of Greentea
Peng’s “Psychedelic RnB” ebbing and flowing to
and from the depths of his psyche.

Inspired by the newage African sounds 340Ml,
Blk Jks and The Muffinz as well as the rawness
of King Krule, Nirvana and Jeff Buckley,
Crunchy strives for an honesty and lucidity
whether musing on identity, devotion or
hedonism.

His style has been honed through innumerable
performances on stages such as Bushfire,
Rocking the Daisies and In the City as a front
man and sessionist in over 6 countries (The
Brother Moves On, Leomile, Muneyi, Sio,
Marcus Harvey…) from Mzansi to Swaziland
and Germany.

Doors open at 7pm, show starts at 8:30pm
