Magnetosphere blown back, coronal hole L for Liz 😂👀, back in 7’s (7.7 earthquake in Panama yesterday). I feel those too oof! Tummy woes, headache possible. Busy minds, tired body or amped up which thing to do first or total bi-polar experience lol! Riding the waves happy 10/10 portal and new moon!

DAY 1 — STRETCH & CONTRACT DAY 1 of the Freestyle Playground Dance Challenge! We’re kicking things off with Stretch & Contract. Put on some music and begin imagining different parts of your body being stretched outward. Start with your fingers and arms, then explore your legs, torso, or other areas of your body. Take your time. Really feel the stretch and then explore compressing the movement back into your body. Now bring your attention to the music. What happens when you change your timing, speed, or texture? Can you stretch slowly and contract quickly? Can one tiny movement in your fingers eventually travel into your whole body? MUSIC FOR TODAY: For my exploration, I used “Ponyhof” by Landhouse. You’re welcome to use the same track or choose any music that inspires you! Part of the exploration is noticing how the music influences your timing, speed, texture, and the way your body naturally wants to move. And remember—there is NO perfect way to do this. Freestyle Playground is about exploration, play, curiosity, and the joy of trying something new. Let yourself experiment and see what your body discovers! HOW TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE: Create a short video of yourself exploring today’s prompt and post it to your Instagram feed or Reel. Title it: Freestyle Playground Dance Challenge — Day 1: Stretch & Contract Tag @free_styleplayground & @fluidgirl so I can see your video! And take a moment to visit some of the other participants and offer a little encouragement. Want to explore more? This challenge is a taste of my upcoming Freestyle Playground: Embodied Expression — 3-Part Online Dance & Movement Series. 💃 October 6, 13 & 20 ⏰ 10:00 AM Pacific | 75 minutes 💻 Online via Zoom ✨ $35 per class or $90 for all three Learn more + join the October series: https://tinyurl.com/Freestyleplaygroundoct6

9/13 Evening 10:42 PM PT WOW! What’s happening to the sun here? I have never seen this. I checked the reports because I lost my hearing for 16 hours and felt as if I was swollowing electricity! I am very much at one with the sun. We had many coronal mass ejections that opened some very large coronal holes recently. Those are Earth facing and the impact is headed our way. The Schumann Resonance, the Earths heartbeat has been steady more calm with some heart and up clearing and though the field has also felt more chaotic then the charts appeared. Time is no longer as linear as humans expand their consciousness and multidimensional understanding. There has been much ringing in the ears, as well as neck, shoulder, jaw pain, stiff bodies, naps, break-ups, breakthroughs and headache symptoms reported. A lot of density and temperature jumping as destiny wobbles, and quick shifts in response to our beliefs, choices and attentions. That will put even more Leo and Virgo fire under your arse. 🐦‍🔥🐦‍🔥🐦‍🔥🐦‍🔥 #astrology #schumannresonance #tarotreader
