#FeatureFriday Our Feature Friday this week goes out to Isaiah Lomax! This week we’re shining the spotlight on Isaiah Lomax, Elkhorn Area High School grad, division three basketball player at UW–Oshkosh and one of the hardest workers in the facility! Isaiah’s earned every bit of the progress he has achieved with us over the last two summers. From his physical transformation to the way he moves, competes, and approaches every training session, the growth has been impressive. What stands out most isn’t just the physical changes. It’s his work ethic, consistency, and positive attitude. Isaiah shows up ready to work, embraces the process, takes coaching, and keeps pushing himself to get better every day. The results are a reflection of his mindset: work hard, stay consistent, stay positive, and trust the process. Following his shoulder surgery we needed to get his strength back to where it was prior. We are proud of the work he put in to achieve this goal and arrive back on campus ready to compete with his team. Your best basketball is in front of you and we are excited to catch him in action this winter! #ETSfam #ETS #OftenImitated #NeverDuplicated

I had a very fun time attending the UW Oshkosh Overnight Men’s Basketball Camp. I would recommend going, If you’re in WI. it was a 3 day although there are some changes that could made it was worth going. I had my coach as @low.zayyy He was a very fun coach, he was able to make any activity more fun then it already was. Furthermore was really funny, besides thinking that LeBron is better then MJ. The experience was fun it included a small part of a collage experience within a close distance from home. @colton.blaser17 was also there with Logan and it was fun knowing some people there besides me and Henry. Overall just a verry fun experience and would recommend going. #uwoshkosh #basketball #uwoshkoshbasketball #photodump
