We’ve got all the deets (and the officially sanctioned artwork) for @theghostofunclejoes after party at @lowfidelitybar where a bunch of TBR (along with @sdshields ) will be bashing their way through a set of @teenagefanclubofficial favorites. We kick things off at 9:30 sharp! Come swing through and help sing the tunes!

And then I show you this. 👀

Because this is definitely not your typical cookie cutter condo.

The first thing you notice is the light. There’s so much natural light throughout the space, and the condo itself has personality. It doesn’t feel like another white box that could be in any building in Jersey City.

And then you start checking off the things that are actually hard to find together.

✅ Great natural light.
✅ Parking.
✅ A rooftop.
✅ 3 bd/2bth
✅ 1,866sf
✅ A really good Heights location.

It’s the kind of condo where the features you usually have to compromise on are already there, but it still feels interesting and different.

And then there’s the neighborhood.

You’re right near Riverview Fisk Park with those Manhattan skyline views, Palisade Avenue is right there, and you’re surrounded by some of my favorite local spots:

🍝 Corto @corto_jc
🥖 Bread and Salt @breadandsaltbakery
☕ Busy Bee Organics @busybeeorganics
🍕 Low Fidelity @lowfidelitybar
☕ Modcup Coffee @modcupcoffee
💪 Firehouse Fitness @firehouse.fitjc
🧘 Varsity House Pilates @varsity.pilates ty

And that’s obviously only scratching the surface.

This is why I always tell buyers that two condos can have the same bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage on paper and feel completely different when you actually walk through them.

This one has character, incredible light, parking, a rooftop and a location in The Heights that’s really hard to beat.

Heights locals, help me out. What am I missing? Tag your favorite neighborhood business in the comments so I can add it to the list. 👇

And if you’ve been looking in Jersey City and everything is starting to feel a little too cookie cutter, comment “HEIGHTS” and I’ll send you the price, full details and showing information.

Jersey City Heights has one of the most underrated food scenes in all of Hudson County. 🍽️
•
•
An Italian BYOB in a former bodega that people drive from Hoboken just to eat at. A neighborhood bar with a 200-year-old oak tree in the backyard. A late-night Detroit-style pizza spot with string lights and cocktails until 3AM. And the best outdoor café seating in the Heights — tucked in a secluded backyard on Palisade Ave.

This is what daily life in JC Heights looks like. A neighborhood with real character, Manhattan skyline views, and more value per square foot than almost anywhere in Hudson County. The lifestyle is real — and the upside is realer.
