Happy Christmas 🎅 . . A Christmas morning workout is my favourite activity! After basting the turkey I’m off to our closest studio to hit some sprints and here are some plank variations to activate those deep core muscles 💪. Hope you all have a wonderful day filled with love, laughter and togetherness. Let’s also take time to think about the people less fortunate than ourselves and send them love, healing and hope for a happier future 🙏 . . . #christmasdayworkout #christmasmorninggymtime #sprintingtraining #sprintsburnfatfaster #plankvariations🔥 #comandoplanks #coreworkoutseveryday #absexercisevideo #abexercisesforwomen #30minworkoutsdaily #muswellhillmums #highgatemums #winchmorehillmums #fitnessfirstthing #wakeupworkoutbehappy #movementmakesmehappy #christmasexercise #giants_gym #equalsresults #familyfitness #fitpersonaltrainer #fitnessmotivation #womenspowerhour #workout #hit #medballworkout
