Learning it is one thing. Putting it into practice a few hours later? Whew 😮‍💨Week 8 of Fundable Founders brought us together in person with the JPMC team, and my notebook was FULL. A few lessons that have stayed with me:

🎯 The 5 1s. Focus has been one of my biggest takeaways—and one of the hardest to practice when you see possibilities everywhere.

🌱 Entrepreneurship takes discipline, grit, and patience. The idea is exciting. Showing up consistently while you figure it out is the work.

🤝 Build relationships before you need them. Your ecosystem matters, and you don’t have to build alone.

📊 Know your numbers. A big vision needs a business that can support it.

Later that day, I went from learning mode to pitch mode with @auxiliary_aeronautics for an Olympics opportunity. A very real chance to take what I’ve been learning and put it to work.

That’s what SHOWING UP has meant for me lately: being willing to learn, ask questions, practice, and step into the room before I feel completely ready.

Grateful to @blackambitionprize, @codner.co and JPMC teams—and the founders building alongside me—for the lessons and community I’m carrying into both @psyconicllc and Aux Aero. 💛

Real transformation happens when educators build, test, and dream together.

We just kicked off our Reinvent Corps cohort in Durham, North Carolina.

Educators from Teach For America South Dakota and @tfa_nc came together at @amerunderground and the @emilykcenter to share raw ideas, challenge broken defaults, and launch a design community built on radical collaboration.

Over the next six months, these visionary leaders will be experimenting directly alongside young people, testing new learning models, learning from what works, and sharing their blueprints.
