🎶 Ooh, You set my soul alight 🎶

👀 Watch to the end to see the Queens dancing in both the workshop and last week’s class 🔥💥

SUPERMASSIVE BLACK HOLE has been on my bucket list to dance to and it was everything I hoped for and more! Huge thanks to our A-List choreographer @sophie_ferrero22 for creating such an incredible routine that brought out our inner Queens of Darkness 🖤🖤

Getting to dance it myself, share it with you, and then watch you SLAY has brought me so much happiness ✨ Thank you for embracing your characters, going all out on the outfits and make-up, AND for just being fabulous Queens. I loved every second of it 🥰❤️

If you haven’t yet had your Halloween fix, join me on Thursday for a commercial routine to DISTURBIA 🎃👻🧙🧟‍♀️ - feel free to recycle your spooky looks 🖤🧡

Nothing like an old school classic to get everyone going on a Thursday evening! AM TO PM was full out and full FUN ⭐️🥳

It was a speedy routine and it had us sweating but that’s just how we like it 😅💥

Thanks for dancing with me Chiswick Queens - the highlight of my week as always ✨💕

We’re dancing this same routine, next Tuesday at 7pm 🎉 Hit the link in my bio to grab a spot 🔗

❤️❤️My dance family❤️❤️

Last weekend me and some of the Chiswick Queens went to The Manor for a @sosdanceglobal national meet-up where BOSSES and their communities came together to SLAY 💃🪩

The energy in the room was electric ⚡️ and we got to learn an exclusive choreo from @joshwharmby who is not only an outrageously good dancer but an amazing teacher. The routine was a challenge but as Josh himself said “if you don’t find it difficult then you’re not learning” - we were learning alright!! 😅

It was such a fun afternoon and I still have to pinch myself when I’m in rooms like this, it’s dance dreams come true. My 11-year-old self would never have believed this is what I’m doing at 45! And I will keep doing for as long as I can, because this kind of energy and joy is what life is all about 💥✨

Seeing all the Chiswick Queens absolutely thrive and live their best lives in this class was the best bit of all 🥹🥹🥹 I was unbelievably proud of every single one 💕 And when I had a complete brain breakdown and forgot half the routine (moment not featured here) they continued to smash it like absolute pros 👏👏👏👏

It was also such a privilege to dance with our CEO @bonnieparsons who makes all of this possible, as well as all the incredible BOSSES and their communities 💖

Looking forward to more of these in the new year 🙌

🎶I only love it when you touch me, not feel me🎶

I’m officially OBSESSED - the Queens, the routine, the SLAY 🔥🔥🔥

This routine to THE HILLS was all floorwork, which seems like a preferable option when in heels 👠 but I can confirm it was a definite challenge. So proud of everyone for embracing the challenge 👏👏👏👏

Huge thanks to our A-List choreographer @jennystones_fattore - we are in awe of you and absolutely looooved this choreo ❤️❤️❤️

Heels is back on 8 Oct for more floor work (and standing) to a gorgeous routine to GOOD FOR YOU by Selena Gomez.
