Dancing in my late-30s. This is for the over-30 crew, the ones holding it down with your 9-to-5s or odd work hours, the ones with parent responsibilities, the ones caretaking for your parents, the ones going through life transitions, and the ones still figuring out your paths. Keep on dancing. • First choreo by @gelllyv Second choreo by @lpdavidlee Third choreo by @eileeeenkim • Studio: @offstagebygrv and @rutsdancestudio • • • #dance #dancing #dancer #teacher

This is dedicated to all the non-traditional dancers out there: The over-30 crew, the ones holding it down with your 9-to-5s or odd work hours, the ones with parent responsibilities, the ones caretaking for your parents, the ones going through life transitions, and the ones still figuring out your paths. This is dedicated to any of you who need dance in your life, not because it’s a means to a career, to book gigs, or to make money, but because it’s life-giving; because through the chaos and tribulations of today’s world, you find solace, clarity, joy, and community through dance. Keep on dancing. • First choreo by @ethanestandian Second choreo by @lpdavidlee Studio: @offstagebygrv • • • #dance #dancing #dancer
