When the brunch plans are fire (literally)🔥

I went to check out the Plancha brunch experience at @descansorestaurant and it didn’t disappoint.

You sit at a communal table equipped with a grill while a chef prepares your meal in front of you. Think hibachi, but make it Mexican.

We started with an Elote appetizer, Chips & Salsa and a choice of either Caesar Salad or Pozole Soup. We opted for the Ribeye Tacos and Pork Loin Alambre for mains, and the Melon Pelar and Nube Verde cocktails. Overall, the food was flavorful and the atmosphere was fun, not to mention the stunning restaurant space. This is a unique way to switch up your brunch plans and have an interactive meal (because it’s actually fun to play with your food)!

To our family, friends, and chosen family: we are eternally grateful for your love and support as we’ve worked to open our bed and breakfast.

Thanks for giving Mountain Daddies such a great test run! ❤️

This and marrying your best friend. 🥰

Wedding planning can be stressful and you have to make a lot of decisions, but the day goes by so fast and it’s all going to be better than you imagined. So just remember to let it all go when the day comes and be fully present with your partner and your loved ones. We have to hold onto joy and not let the stress and decisions get in the way of that.

Still grateful to have friends who come spend time with us year after year, even if I don’t stand for the history of the holiday itself (which I will also continue to acknowledge).

I could care less about Thanksgiving, but I DO care about all of these humans who came to break bread with us and fill our new apartment with a sense of community. Find your people and stick with them. True friendship is just about showing up 🧡

Whatever this holiday means to you, I hope you, too, are filled with joy and lots of butter 🧈✨

So honored that Lauren & Adam’s gorgeous day was featured in @junebugweddings 🌹

We started this day 102 degree day at @rancholaslomas with all the excited nerves. When I first talked to Lauren & Adam, we immediately clicked and I really felt connected to them. And after that day, I know that all of the guests who attended feel the same way. This couple makes you feel so welcome and their energy is contagious. I feel truly honored that I was invited to document their day.

One of my favorite shots from the wedding day was right after the ceremony, L&A immediately went to get matching tattoos from @_bryan_black_ and Adam was laying with his LV red bottoms on getting inked.

Lauren…! The fingerless arm length gloves, the @kimkassascouture dress, the @badgleymischka shoes. Truly a work of art.

I can’t thank you enough L&A for allowing me to be a part of your day.

Going into the weekend channeling these vibes because everything else in the world feels insane. Happy Friday, friends!

P.S. this is a prime example of how you relax and have a great time at your wedding because you hired a planner to handle everything. This is the joy I wish for all my clients. 🥰
