@messina_hof in Richmond was such a good time. The property gives you the full winery experience, the service was great, and the food definitely held its own.

My favorites were the Chili Crunch Shrimp, Tuscan Salmon, and that seasonal Bread Pudding that should be year round. Please do not leave without trying the bread pudding.

For Houston Restaurant Weeks, they’re offering a three course dinner for $55, with proceeds benefiting the Houston Food Bank. And if you’re coming for the wine, the $28 flights are the move if you want to try a few (5) before committing to a glass.

Definitely worth the drive to Richmond. Make a reservation, grab your boo or your homegirls, and tell them I sent you. 🍷

Hey y’all! @houstonrestaurantweeks is officially here, and my first stop was @privateclienthtx , located at 2118 Lamar St. in EaDo, connected to @chapmanandkirby.

They did not disappoint. The standouts for me were the Mango in the Hole cocktail, the ceviche, the crab cakes, the ribeye, and the Vegan Curried Cauliflower.

They’re serving a 3 course dinner for $39 through September 7, with proceeds benefiting the Houston Food Bank.

If you’re planning your Houston Restaurant Weeks lineup, add this one to your list. Diverse crowd, great music, friendly staff, and an overall good time. Be sure to make this one of your first stops and tell them I sent you.
