Lead. Don’t follow.

You don’t follow the standard. You set it.

You don’t wait for the opportunity. You create it.

You don’t do what everyone else does. You do WHAT IT TAKES to get where you’re going.

Lead. Don’t follow…for me…is about individuality, initiative, accountability, and having the CONVICTION to do things the right way and do what’s REQUIRED…even when nobody else is doing them.

Great fight this morning with the men.

We got stronger.

Love this piece of equipment.

Reverse hyper, hammering down on the hamstring curls with isometric hold at the top.

Hits them different.

Hamstring curls.

Staple.

Working full range.

Squeezing hips down pre-curl to eliminate low back contraction/activity. Focusing primarily on the whole hamstring moving the weight.

Doesn’t take much weight to hit them right.

2-3 sets.

15-25 reps.

Wrist and forearm supination/pronation 🦍

Why/purpose of training this?

Rotational strength: Develops the forearm muscles responsible for turning the palm down (pronation) and up (supination).

Grip and forearm development: Strengthens the muscles that support grip function and control the wrist and forearm.

Elbow and wrist stability: Builds muscular capacity to control rotation and stabilize the arm during loaded movements.

Force transfer: Improves control of the hand and forearm when applying force through pressing, pulling, and gripping.

Injury resilience: Builds strength in the muscles and tendons involved in forearm rotation, helping improve tolerance to repetitive loading.

Athletic carryover: Supports rotational control during throwing, swinging, grappling, and other sport-specific movements.
