Join us for a lively, hands-on afternoon, exploring the workings of several major meridians, (energy channels within the human body) the intricacies of the Myofascial Body.

Through movement, and experiential activities we will investigate this exciting terrain. Suitable for all fitness levels, ages 16 and up. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a journal and colored pencils, pens, or markers.

All proceeds will help support our teacher, Leesan as she
travels to Italy with the International Yoga Sports Federation ✨

USA Yoga Nationals reminds me what can happen when people devote themselves to something they love and come together to celebrate one another. To spend a weekend surrounded by people who are intentional, courageous, and committed to growing is such a gift.

This year, I came back hoping for more. I finished 9th in the country, earned my highest competition score yet, and performed postures on the National stage that once felt impossible for me. I’m incredibly proud of that. But when I sat down afterward and wrote a list of everything I was proud of, almost none of it had to do with my placement.

I wrote: I was brave when I was scared. I trusted my coaches. I listened to my intuition. I stayed calm. I met myself where I was. I was kind to myself.

Those feel like the real reason I am on this path.

To my coaches, @kimtangyoga and Faye, thank you for believing in me, challenging me, and continuing to show me what’s possible. To my teammates, thank you for inspiring me every day. It’s an honor to learn and grow alongside each of you. Truly you are all rock stars in my eyes.

And to Terrel, watching you step onto the National stage and perform Mountain is something I’ll never forget. I know what it took to make that decision, and I couldn’t be more proud of you. Thank you for practicing with me, believing in me, growing with me, and sharing this beautiful life together. I love you so much. 🥹😭🥰

To my parents, thank you for traveling across the country, volunteering, cheering us on, and reminding me that I’m loved through every high and every low.

And thank you to everyone who watched, volunteered, judged, donated, sent a message, cheered from the audience or from around the world, and to every athlete who shared the stage with us. You helped make this one of the most meaningful weekends of my life.

I’m so grateful to have found a community of people who love this practice as deeply as I do and are devoted to becoming the fullest expression of themselves. It’s an honor to learn alongside you, grow alongside you, and share this path together.

I’ve never been part of a team before and this one has deeply shaped my life. My life is more full, aligned and expanded because of Team Kim Tang.

I love yoga competition because it brings me closer to myself. Standing on the X is where old versions release and something truer gets to shine. It’s about meeting myself honestly and letting new parts come forward as old layers fall away.

Deep gratitude for the people who walk beside me, guide me, inspire me, challenge me, and love me so fully. Grateful and in awe of the quiet force that keeps unfolding this life. Thankful for the breath, the timing, and the unseen support behind it all. My heart is so full and I’m ready for more!

What an incredible experience!
My first-ever USA Yoga competition is in the books, and I’m feeling so grateful, inspired, and proud.

I placed 6th in the semi-finals and 7th overall in the Women’s 35–49 division, but more than anything, I walked away with a full heart and so much motivation to keep growing and exploring my expansion!

Gratitude to my coach @kimtangyoga for your guidance, encouragement, and belief in me. Gratitude to my teammates for sharing the journey and cheering each other on. Gratitude to myself for showing up, putting in the work, and stepping onto that stage for the first time.

Congratulations to every single competitor. I’m in awe of the talent, dedication, and heart I witnessed all weekend. I’m honored to have shared the stage with you.
