🌿SUPPORT YOUR LOCALS🌿

The average use/lifespan of a plastic carrier bag is 12 minutes 😳and 160,000 plastic bags are used globally every SECOND(!)

There is approximately 5 trillion pieces of plastics in our oceans - that’s enough to circle the earth over 400 times. 🌍

There is an extremely simple and effortless solution to this - reusable shopping bags, many of which are very fashionable - it’s hard to believe that plastic bags still exist!🤦🏼‍♀️

@lssr_design is at it again and has created some patchwork tote bags made from post-consumer waste denim. They are lined with end of roll / dead stock fabric from local warehouses. A percentage of profits is kindly donated to charity and anyone who donated denim will receive a 10% discount on products 💚 UK based 🌱

@lssr_design you’re amazing 💙

From today, masks are mandatory in the UK! My darling friend recycles bed linen to make machine-washable face masks! Much better for the environment and much better for your skin 😷 @lssr_design

T H E D E N I M P R O J E C T

LSSR presents The Bag Collection. Two sizes - Regular (images 1&2) or Large (images 3&4) - patchwork tote bags made from post-consumer waste denim. Each bag is unique and handmade to order, designed with an internal pocket and lined with end of roll / dead stock fabric sourced from UK warehouses. A percentage of the profits from the project will be donated to charity and I’m offering a 10% discount to anyone who donated denim.

I’ve been working on this project for the best part of a year (if you’re someone who I sourced denim from last summer then you’ll know!) and after a lot of thinking and planning I’m so pleased to announce that The Denim Project is finally underway and from today I am taking orders!

Regular - £30
Large - £40

Please get in touch with me directly via my page if you would like to make a purchase, have any questions or an enquiry about a specific design request.

Many thanks & lots of love,
Jonny at LSSR Design x Mid shot of a patchwork denim tote bag made by LSSR Designs. The person holding the bag is wearing a black leather jacket, white jeans and white sports trainers and is standing against a blue brick wall.
