✨ A little introduction to something new at Eydon Holistics… ✨

I’m so excited to officially introduce the beautiful range of Mind Cards from LSW, now available at Eydon Holistics. 🤍

If you know Eydon Holistics, you’ll know how much I believe in slowing down, nurturing our wellbeing and making space for the little things that help us feel good, inside and out.

These cards fit so beautifully with that ethos. They offer gentle reminders to pause, reflect, build confidence and bring more kindness into our everyday lives.

With affirmations and positive mindset prompts for different ages and stages, there’s something for everyone.

One of my personal favourites is the children’s affirmation cards. 🥹

I use them every morning with my own children, taking a little moment to read an affirmation and start the day with positive words.

I love that they’re learning from such a young age that the way we speak to ourselves matters and that they deserve to treat themselves with the same kindness they would show a friend.

Helping children recognise their worth, believe in themselves and embrace their individuality is such a beautiful gift. Building that inner voice, the one that encourages rather than criticises, can make a lasting difference. 🤍

And wellbeing doesn’t have to involve grand gestures or hours of self care. Sometimes, it’s these small, intentional moments that matter most.

🎁 The Mind Cards also make lovely gifts! They’re perfect for birthdays, thoughtful pick me ups or extra special stocking fillers as we start thinking about Christmas (sorry to mention it already 🫣).

A gift that offers more than something to unwrap, a daily reminder to pause, reflect and be kinder to ourselves.

I’ll be sharing more about the different card sets available over the coming days, so keep an eye out if you’d like to find the perfect set for yourself or someone you love. ✨

Drop me a message if you’d like to know more or see the range.

With love,
Jess x👣✨

Year 41 and God’s not done!

My twin sister, @hey_sena_su , and I want to thank everyone who wished us birthday blessings and showered us with so much love and appreciation. In a world with so much going on collectively and individually, we don’t take it for granted when someone takes a moment from their busy lives to acknowledge our birthdays.

This past year has been very hard and very heavy, and all I wanted and needed was some quality time and much needed R&R with my twin sister aka My Betta Half in one of my favorite cities. It brought great clarity to my mind, soothed my nervous system, fulfilled my heart, and reawakened my spirit to bask in the quietness…the stillness…the slowness…the peacefulness…and joyfulness that Scottsdale brought us.

God’s grace is truly sufficient, and I am excited with anticipation for all that He has in store for us in our new year.

May I gift you all in return with this word of wisdom:
Do what brings you joy, peace, and happiness. Release thyself from the “need” to do, have, and be what everybody and they mama, both on and off social media, tells you what that’s supposed to look and feel like for you. Only absolute misery resides there.

God’s grace is truly sufficient.

with thankfulness from my whole 🧡,
-g
