Hell this ain’t any kind of a dream. I’m painting a damn laundromat. I’d rather be posted up in some backlot, painting for some high dollar movie, in a beautiful place, making real money!

The irony, learning lines and doing set designs.

And as always, a huge thanks to @ltcowaco for always taking care of us with the best trailers!

Turkey Texas 2024.

Out here in the middle…
To get here, you really have to want to get here. It’s not on the way to anywhere. I heard that yesterday from @tinapatcarson and truer words have not been spoken. But in the middle the pollution clears, creativity runs rampant, and like-minded folks gather. Stunning the amount of creatives, from every angle.
The 52nd annual Bob Wills day weekend. One for the books, filled with great opportunities, interesting finds, and friends both new and old. Traditional range teepees in the shadows of a historic hotel. In the middle of it all, out here in the middle.
We were so lucky to be granted access to Bob Wills childhood home, out between two rivers on an old dirt highway, outside of town on a private ranch. Lucky, as in its current condition, it probably won’t withstand another heavy storm. Much like Turkey, the house between two rivers has an incredible soul, there is magic (music) in the air.
I was honored to be asked to speak on camera about
The Church of Western Swing, for an upcoming documentary. I also got jumped into being a judge for the Turkey car show. Great times, great music, great friends! Clarity!

Also we are so blessed to have our buddy @slusherphoto running around with his camera, capturing all of these moments for us! A good deal of these shots are his, and we are lucky to have them!
