The last few months have been a rollercoaster🎢

Last September, I was preparing to launch my new program, then the war started, and I stopped everything. Morale was down, and October and November were tough. I wasn’t ready to post consistently on social media like before, but I still made sure to support my clients and help them stay on track. 💪

Then, December came, and things started to get better. I visited Paris 🇫🇷, the city I love the most, and slowly got back into posting on social media. January took things to another level, I started my trip to Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪 by finally crossing Coldplay live in concert off my bucket list. Then, I traveled to Dubai, had an amazing time with family and friends, and to top it all off, I had my first live studio appearance 🎥 on Sky News Arabia in Abu Dhabi after years of being their guest from Beirut.

I finally feel like I’ve got my energy back, and that’s why I’m working on something special again, something designed to help people live better and reach their fitness goals 💪🏆 in the best way possible.

Summer 2024 recap ☀️

This summer has been an amazing adventure! I got to explore the beautiful streets of Rome with my wife 🇮🇹 & enjoy some incredible food. From delicious pasta to seafood by the beach, I made the most of every moment with family and friends❤️.

On top of that, I stayed consistent in the gym and worked hard to keep my progress going . And YES, I even got my 2020 look back with the haircut that I’ve missed ✂️.

Another big milestone for me was finishing my soutenance and earning my degree in Sports Management from Université Paris Nanterre 🎓. It was a tough but rewarding journey, and I’m excited to see what’s next.

This summer, I also had the privilege of coaching over 15 clients, helping them get amazing results in their fitness journeys. Seeing their progress has been one of the best parts of these past months.

Thanks to everyone who made this summer so special! Can’t wait to see what’s ahead!
