Give your players an understanding of what’s expected individually and collectively. Know their strengths and limitations and provide them a framework for games that gives them the opportunity to succeed. Different opponents give different challenges, be prepared to play in different ways. 📸 @gaelmezamedia

You don’t have to be the best player to get the job done and be the most important player on the team. - although you do have to set the highest standard, have the greatest desire, a willingness to learn and be prepared to work as hard as you possibly can.

It’s not often you get an almost perfect performance. The players should be very proud and enjoy. A new standard had been set and I know this group will come back eager to improve again and demand even more from each other. (LTFC 7 - ATX blues 1) 🛑⚫️
