labor day weekend in atlanta 🍑

a few highlights from our trip:

☕️ @amistadcoffeeco — their elote coffee might be the best coffee order i’ve had all year. so unique, so good.

📍 @stregisatl — our home base for the weekend, and just as beautiful as everyone says.

🐠 @georgiaaquarium — a highlight for our daughter, and honestly for us too. the whale shark tank never gets old.

🍽 @delbaratl — the sea bass was incredible, and don’t even get us started on the appetizers. one of our best meals of the trip.

🌶️ @habanerosgeorgia — baja fish tacos and their house-made salsas were unreal — casual but seriously good.

☕️ @harazcoffeehouse — such a cozy stop, exactly what we needed mid-afternoon.

🌿 @atlbotanical — a perfect slow morning with a baby in tow, so much green space to wander.

📍 @thekrogdistrict — loved wandering here, such a fun mix of shops and food.

☕️ @cafeintermezzo — the ambience is a full european escape. felt like we’d been transported.

☕️ @lth_springst — land of a thousand hills coffee & social, our go-to morning stop.

Thank you to Land of A Thousand Hills coffee shop for letting our SEEN group meet this month in your private nook space! What a cute local coffee shop, highly recommend yall check it out!

SEEN is a monthly small group meeting for birth mothers (mothers who have made an adoption plan for a child) to join together and walk in healing, knowing they are not alone in this journey and they are fully SEEN and fully loved by God.

Each month with these ladies is a blessing. Thank you to Georgia Wellness Group for offering this resource to birth mothers, to @abidinglovecharities for creating the curriculum, and to @freechapelgwinnett for helping to promote it in our community! #SEEN #birthmother #adoption @lth_springst

The girlies came out for our August Crochet + Conversations workshop! 🤗🧶📓

We made new connections, hand crafted one-of-a-kind handbags, and manifested our Q4 goals together.

Simple and to the point! Great taste and great flavor!

Suspension Cake (Red Velvet cake layered with mascarpone filling and popping pearls)

This cake definitely took me to another level. So good, if you don’t get anything else, get this cake! ❤️

We also got seafood spring rolls, lobster and shrimp wontons and the chicken and pork steamed dumplings!! The flavors here were amazing.

The Starling Hotel Bar

This chocolate tart cake was the sweetest way to end the night. Definitely for fellow chocolate lovers like myself. It was decadent and delicious!
