Fall is here, and we’re savoring every chance to gather in this space we’ve loved so much. 🍂 Five weeks remain on Baylen Street, and there’s still so much good to share. This week’s cover gives you a glimpse of the sound bath in The Reset: Nidra + Sound. If meditation is something you’ve wanted to try, come begin in a safe, welcoming group. We’ll guide you into rest and close with a soothing sound bath—a little room to exhale, soften, and settle into a slower rhythm. No meditation experience needed. Just come as you are. 🤎 🌿 This Saturday, Sculpt & Social at V3 Ranch replaces our usual 8 AM Yoga Sculpt! Find tickets through the link in bio and use code ARI or NICOLE for $5 off your ticket. 🕯️ Just a few days left to join our 90-minute massage membership at $133/month and receive a Lovelock signature scent candle. Join by September 30; the membership price increases to $149/month on October 1. Our 5- and 10-class packs are still available at preferred pricing, with all class credits to be used by October 31. Or simply drop in. Meet like-minded people, move together, rest together, and feel a little more connected to your Pensacola community. We’d love to share these moments with you. When I tell you these women are badasses, what I mean is that they show up FULLY. In the face of fear, self-doubt, trauma, illness - overcoming battles I can’t even fathom - just to be here. But they keep showing up, not only for themselves, but for each other (and for me) in ways that crack my heart wide open. How did I get so lucky? Our first weekend all together (200s and 300s) was filled with growth, learning and unlearning, vulnerability and courage, and exploring what’s possible when we remember what we’re all doing here — that yoga has always been and will always be a practice of liberation. Forever grateful 🤍 Big thanks to our extra special guest @shahanashasha for sharing her heart with us, chanting with us while playing her grandmother’s harmonium (😭), guiding us in a practice that looked like a work-out but was most definitely a work-IN, and above all - steering us directly into the heart and teachings of yoga. 🙏 If you feel the longing for this type of community, this level of growth, and this kind of healing- there’s room for you here 🫶🏼 Reach out or comment TEACH for info on our next trainings 🧘🏻‍♀️
