Plain and simple. I’m the luckiest. ✨✨✨ I love my people. I love my work. I love this life. Thank you all for being a part of the beauty of this past weekend. The Forest Bathing Retreat was so soulful, deeply connected, totally magical, fun and liberating!! Cold plunge in the creek! Skinny dipping with my lady friends! Eating the BEST most nourishing food. Dancing. Singing. S’mores. Glitter! These experiences live in the sweetest spaces of my heart. Not too much makes me happier than these post-retreat feels! Reliving it all through our images today. Tears of pure joy fillin’ my eyes. LOVE. ♥️ Already booked next year cuz….epic. 🌲🌲🌲 Part Three!

Friends of Insta, I’m so happy to highlight my brilliant co-creators this week! I’m thrilled-beyond-thrilled to get to lead another Forest Bathing Retreat at Liminalia with Karen Pride — who’s in charge of all nourishing foods and beverages!! She is curating this vegetarian menu that will delight us all with scrumptious, healthy, local, seasonal, organic dishes! Speaking of dishes…she’s also bringing a full set of her hand-crafted pottery for us to dine on over the weekend. One lucky human will be able to purchase this artistry before heading home! One-of-a-kind plates, bowls and beauty that will be christened by this lovely crew on our sacred, soulful few days together. •

Karen is a beautiful being and a renaissance woman: a phenomenal chef, a gifted photographer, a ceramicist extraordinaire and a savvy entrepreneur who has owned multiple restaurants (Prasad + Harlow) as well as our local yoga home for soooo many years, Yoga Pearl. 👏👏👏
•
Karen, I’m super honored to get to collaborate with you again. I’m so excited for the women who have signed up for this local retreat venue! There’s a lot of goodness to enjoy: 4 yoga classes, 5 meals + snacks, complimentary acupuncture, available massage onsite, hiking, swimming, crafts, bonfires, naps, adorable farm animals to play with and so much more goodness. Come join the funnnnn!
•
Just a handful of cabin options left!! We hope to have your presence in Vernonia this August. Details on my website jillknouseyoga.com or just slide into my DM’s and I’ll give ya more deets! 😍♥️✨♥️🌲🌳🏡🏕

Happy solstice friends! Last night we gathered to honor the darkness and welcome back the light. We showed up in all our imperfection, myself mostly included in that statement, and moved and laughed and shared. Thank you to everyone who joined in the solstice practice. So very magical. This may be what teaching looks like in 2020, but just as a new season approaches, so does a new year. Let’s hope for in-person connection, and hugs soon.

On today's episode, I sit down with my Aunt Lauren who was given a cancer diagnosis earlier this year.

Together we talked about the added challenges of of this diagnosis given COVID19 and the unwavering support from friends and family that carried her through.

Lauren held onto the hope that she knew she would be okay and is now looking for a new purpose in this season of life after cancer.

December is coming! If you’re like me you’ve been embracing Christmas movies, music and decorations since just after Halloween. 🎄❤️⛄️

Because it’s the most wonderful time of the year I have a special announcement, instead of our usual biweekly release schedule I am releasing four episodes in December! 🌟

My fourth and final episode of December will be a personal message from me reflecting on all things 2020. This will also be the season one finale. 🎙
