Remember that you don’t actually know what anyone is going through, doing, or handling in their life.
No amount of watching their social media will tell you any of that.
Talking to people and connecting IRL can. It might not, but it can get us closer to understanding each other.
I have been caring for my own + for my community + for my people in the ways I know how.
I do not need to talk about it. I just need to show up and do it, to the best of my ability.

Remember: you don’t know what anyone is going through, doing, or handling in their life.
Sit down and be humble when you feel yourself start to judge.

I love you and if you really want to know me, let’s talk. It won’t be through an app.

Overheard last night: "this is the most beautiful Westies run of the year" and "this is the most welcoming run club I've ever been to" 🥹 Running the streets of our neighborhood under the cherry blossom and magnolia blooms was pure springtime bliss. And it was made even better by sharing miles with a community that makes every run and everyone feel special. 🌸✨

Winter ain't so bad when you've got friends to run with! And we were super happy to welcome some new ones last night. Westies were out there running, walking, high-fiving, petting all the dogs, eating all the pretzels, catching up with each other, and most importantly, making new friends. That's what Thursdays are all about. Thanks to everyone that showed up for each other 🙌
