Spring is around the corner. It's sunny but chilly outside and Lisa and I sipping coffee and thinking about some of the memorable photos spots that have just made us feel great.
The shot below was taken in Baja, Mexico after weeks of exploring one of the most wonderful peninsulas in the world.

My 50th birthday party last night! 🙌🙌. I know it doesn’t look like much of a get together(@diver.dano rocked my cakes and cocktails 🍸) but over 30 people showed up for a 3-hour Zoom-fest. Thank you, thank you, thank you all for making me feel so loved, and thank yo to everyone who has sent birthday wishes. The irony isn’t lost on me: it took me a long time to decide to have a party and celebrate turning 50th rather than hiding it, feeling old and like I’ve shown up late for my life. The party was set for Saturday in the #meatpackingdistrict #nyc ...until it wasn’t. Everything has been pushed into perspective, for which I am continually grateful. Many of us are healthy, many of us are not. I am thankful for everything I have and when I got it. Age is what we make it. I’m celebrating every moment, pre and post #50 🍸🎂🍾❤️❤️❤️

I just discovered something erotic about face masks 😷 !! I slipped this over my mouth and nose, and it smells like my partner ❤️ It’s his motorcycle scarf from #bajamexico and it has been washed, but still smells like him. All of the sudden my anxious trip to @target grounded me in the little things I sometimes overlook and under appreciate; those details of attraction and wanting. I know things are hard right now whether you are with your partner 24/7 or miles away from them. Take a minute to exhale all of the unrealistic expectations we have for each other and ourselves, and breathe in sips of compassion and connection (sans 🦠). 30 minutes ago I was irritated that I couldn’t find a face mask to buy ANYWHERE.
