Karsana is one of the districts in Abuja that has witnessed significant growth in recent years. Not too long ago, this area was largely undeveloped, with limited road infrastructure and fewer residential and commercial projects.
Access to some parts of the district was difficult, making it less attractive to investors and homebuyers.

Today, the story is changing. The construction of the road network by @lubrikconstruction leading to the Renewed Hope Estate has transformed the area and improved connectivity. What was once a relatively quiet district is now becoming one of the emerging real estate destinations in Abuja.

I remember last year when I rode to Yenagoa, this area was mostly swamp and thick bush. Almost like a place still waiting for its story to begin.
But this year, I came back with my camera and what I saw was something completely different.
I am glad I documented the progress of the New Yenagoa City, the remarkable transformation. Roads now cut through what used to be waterlogged terrain, opening up the space and giving it structure, direction, and life. What was once difficult to access is now becoming a connected, evolving urban landscape.
You can literally see the vision taking shape.
Bayelsa is no longer just potential, it is becoming opportunity. The kind of place investors should start paying attention to. The foundation is being laid, and it’s solid.
Credit to the Bayelsa State Government for driving this vision, and to @lubrikconstruction for delivering solid road infrastructure that speaks for itself.
This is what progress looks like, real, visible, and impactful.

We set out from Lagos with one goal, to explore Nigeria by ride all the way to Port Harcourt.
Now, we’re in Elele… and I can feel it, we’re almost home.
But before we get there, one thing is certain… you can’t come to Rivers State without tasting their famous native soup. That rich, local flavor that tells its own story.

From Elele, it’s just about 50km to go. We ride through Isiokpo home to Wigwe University, one of the fast-rising private universities in Nigeria. Then we continue down the airport road, passing through Igwuruta… and just like that we arrive in Port Harcourt. The capital of Rivers State. The oil and gas hub of Nigeria. A city full of energy, business, and life.
And standing tall in the city is the iconic Stock Exchange building by @lubrikconstruction a symbol of its economic strength.
But this journey is not just about the ride. It’s about people.
To round it off, I joined my team @bbq_rc for a medical outreach visiting hospitals, supporting patients, and sharing a little love and care. Moments like this remind you what truly matters.
And the journey continues… Tomorrow, we ride from Port Harcourt to Uyo to explore the beauty of Akwa Ibom State.

At some point, job descriptions stopped making sense to me.

“Entry-level role”
“Junior position”
“Senior position”
Yet somehow… 10+ years of experience required.

Which one is it exactly?

I look at these requirements and wonder who they’re really written for. The fresh graduate trying to break in? The professional who has spent years building skills? Or a mythical candidate who somehow started working before school?

Experience matters, yes. But clarity and fairness matter too.

When roles are labeled incorrectly, great talent gets discouraged, confidence drops, and opportunities are missed on both sides. Many capable professionals don’t lack skills; they lack access and realistic chances.

If organizations truly want the best people, the conversation has to change.
Define roles honestly.
Match experience with responsibility.
Create pathways for growth, not confusion.

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity should be too.
