I've never made a post like this before. I am now because it's really important and needs to be heard and recognized As most people know, today's the last day of mens mental health month. Unfortunately, most people don't know care about the importance of this kind of thing or topic. This topic is usually just looked over and not recognized as much as any other month or day, whatever. No one on this planet earth will understand what goes on in a man's brain day to day, every hour, every minute, every second. It's really important to understand that. A man is told to just get over his thoughts and move on with there life's, as if that's realistic. In our minds, all we want is to provide, protect, and earn a spot on this world to be recognized. Being a man isn't as easy as most people may think. It's actually one of the hardest things to do in this generation, in everyday life. This month alone, roughly 50,000 men have committed suicide. Those men are fathers, firemen, officers, doctors, caretakers, and those are 50,000 human beings. This is extremely not recognized enough. It's so bad that even fathers day card arnt as popular or Father's Day balloons aren't as popular as mothers Day cards. WHY IS THAT?! Why do we live in a world where men srnt thanked and appreciated as much as everyone else, or these days, everything else. As a man myself who fights depression and anxiety once in a while, it's not easy. For the men out there, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. You need to keep those people to matter to you most as close as possible. These people in this post don't even understand how much they have saved me. All my friends, all my family, my amazing girlfriend, these are my people who motivate me to keep myself on earth. Not everyone can fit in one post, but to all my freinds, family, thank you. For the men out there, always keep moving forward, it's the best we can do....
