I’ve almost recovered from #sidewalk28 but I’m still remembering the wonderful films we were able to recognize with awards.

In a year of films filled with heavy topics, @drew_blu and I were very pleased to recognize that filmmaking can still be fun and informative by awarding our Programmer’s Choice to @eructationfilm by @victoriatrow.

And because I am a personal fan of animation, I was thrilled to see our animation juror award and to see our student award go to animation.

Thank you to @plymptoons, @doctorpuppet, and William Johnston-Rutledge for picking “Dreamwalker” by @lucaandsinem as our Best Animated film.

And thank you to @sarahkhennigan, @tydenrickard, and @docmartinnn for choosing @le_cocon_movie as our Best Student film.

Congrats to all three of these films!
