Campeonato de España 2026. 🥇U-19 🥉ABSOLUTA Esta temporada ha sido una de las más duras para mí. Muchos altibajos, dudas y momentos en los que incluso me planteé dejar de escalar. Llegué a odiar aquello que más quería, aquello que durante tantos años me había hecho ser quien soy. Pero seguí. Seguí cada día, incluso sin motivación y sin ganas. Simplemente seguí. Esta cometicion la enfoque de otra manera, antes de cada pegue solo me preguntaba: “¿Qué soy capaz de hacer hoy?” Todo el esfuerzo, sacrificio y días difíciles cobraron sentido. “A veces el simple hecho de seguir es la mayor de las victorias” Es mi tercer Campeonato de España consecutivo que gano, pero esta vez sabe diferente. Porque detrás de esta victoria hay mucho más que una medalla. Quiero dar las gracias a todas las personas que han formado parte de este camino. So many ups and downs, doubts, and moments when I even considered quitting climbing. I came to hate the thing I loved the most, the thing that had shaped who I am for so many years. But I kept going. I kept showing up every day, even when I had no motivation or desire. I simply kept going. I approached this competition differently. Before every attempt, I only asked myself: “What am I capable of today?” All the effort, sacrifices and difficult days finally made sense. “Sometimes, simply keeping going is the greatest victory of all.” It’s my third consecutive Spanish Championship, but this one feels different. Because behind this victory, there is so much more than a medal. It also came with my first senior podium, which makes it even more special. I want to thank every person who has been part of this journey. This victory is yours too.

Lucas Pérez begins training for the second half of the year 💪 He says: “I was looking ahead to this summer with a lot of excitement and high expectations, but even though it has been one of the summers in which I have travelled and competed the most, things haven’t gone the way I expected. I’ve taken part in many competitions, but I haven’t managed to show the version of myself that we’ve been working towards. But I’m lucky to be able to say that I do this because I love it, and above all, I’m surrounded by people who encourage me, and I’m very grateful to have them by my side. That’s why a bad spell isn’t going to make me lose my motivation. We’re still very eager to give it our all, keep improving, get back into our routine, and finish the season the way it deserves to be finished”. #feelthelizard #climbing #fixeclimb

Hace una semana volví a nacer.Sufrí una caída de más de 40 metros en la que, por suerte, la cuerda me salvó a escasos 5 metros del suelo. Están siendo días duros en el hospital con costillas y vértebras fracturadas…pero me siento infinitamente agradecido por lo ‘poco’ que ha sido para lo que pudo haber pasado. En estos momentos solo puedo pensar en la temporada que se acerca. No sé si podré llegar a competir, pero cada momento que recuerdo y cada foto me da las fuerzas para levantarme de la cama como puedo y darlo todo para recuperarme. Gracias por todos los mensajes de apoyo y sobretodo gracias a @guardiacivildemontana_greim en especial a Álvaro,Rúben y Aitor que sin ellos esto se hubiese escrito de otra manera. 🫡 A week ago I was reborn, I suffered a fall of over 40 meters in which, luckily, the rope saved me just 5 meters from the ground. These are being tough days in the hospital with broken ribs and fractured vertebrae… but I feel infinitely grateful for how ‘minor’ it turned out to be compared to what could have happened. Right now I can only think about the upcoming season. I don’t know if I’ll be able to compete, but every memory and every photo gives me the strength to get out of bed however I can and give it my all to recover. Thank you for all the messages of support but above all thanks to @guardiacivildemontana_greim specially Álvaro,Rubén and Aitor Without them, this would have been written differently .🫡

🇪🇸🧗‍♂️ Así hemos vivido el World Climbing Youth Championship 2026 en Arco Han sido unos días intensos acompañando a la Selección Española en las categorías Sub-17 y Sub-19*, #en las modalidades de Boulder, Lead y Velocidad, compartiendo cada entrenamiento, cada competición y cada emoción. Queremos dar las gracias a la organización por hacer posible un evento espectacular. Ha sido un campeonato impecable, con más de 1.000 deportistas de todo el mundo, en un ambiente increíble que demuestra el gran momento que vive la escalada. Y, por supuesto, gracias a todos los deportistas y al cuerpo técnico de la Selección Española por vuestra confianza y por permitirnos formar parte de este camino. 💙 En Fisio Climbing nos sentimos profundamente agradecidos y orgullosos de participar en este tipo de competiciones y eventos. ¡Enhorabuena a todos por vuestro esfuerzo y compromiso! WORLD YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIP 🦥🌏🇮🇹 I’m really happy to have had the opportunity to compete at an event like this and represent my country 🥹🇪🇸🫶🏼 It’s still hard to accept that I missed the semifinals. I made the move that could have put me through, but I didn’t control it enough for the judges to count it, so I finished 29th 🤷🏽‍♀️ Even so, this competition showed me that I have the level to be there.
