When one of your favorite staff members ask you to sing with them on Karaoke Night - you give ‘em a show!

Nailed it @itsemma_bozos 👏👏👏

Go see THE OUTSIDERS on Broadway!

Before it became a Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, The Outsiders had already spent decades defining what it means to grow up, find your people, and fight to belong.

📖 1967: S.E. Hinton published The Outsiders, the groundbreaking coming-of-age novel she began writing as a teenager, introducing the world to Ponyboy, Johnny, the Greasers and the Socs.

🎬 1983: Francis Ford Coppola brought the story to the big screen with an unforgettable young cast, helping turn The Outsiders into a pop-culture classic.

🎭 2023: A new musical adaptation made its world premiere at La Jolla Playhouse, directed by Danya Taymor, with a book by Adam Rapp and Justin Levine and music and lyrics by Jamestown Revival and Levine. (La Jolla Playhouse)

🌟 2024: The Outsiders arrived at Broadway’s Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, officially opening April 11. Just two months later, it took home four Tony Awards — including BEST MUSICAL and Best Direction of a Musical. (Tony Awards)

Nearly 60 years after Ponyboy Curtis first appeared on the page, the story is still reaching new generations.

48 hrs on the north fork. our third summer staying at @soundviewgreenport and somehow the best one yet. it’s a 60s motor lodge turned boutique hotel right on the sound, with a private beach, a pool, and rooms where you fall asleep to the water. the rare place that works as well for the kids as it does for us.

save this for your NOFO weekend:

stay: sound view greenport. rooms right on the sound, front row to the sunset every night.

eat: lucharitos for margs + tacos the kids will actually eat, crazy beans for iced coffee + lunch, halyard when you want a real dinner with a view

do: the antique carousel in mitchell park, the railroad museum for anyone traveling with a train kid, amazing flavors for ice cream + arcade games, and goose for the good kids’ toys and gear.

full guide is saved in my highlights. I hope you love it as much as we do 🤍

Adding new meaning to “slinging margaritas” with the help a few of my AI assistants and a little too much time on my hands…

This just in… Enchiladas so good they deserve their own headline!

Three warm corn tortillas stuffed with tender pulled chicken, peppers and onions, then loaded up with rice, black beans, guacamole and cool sour cream.

It’s savory. It’s saucy. It’s ridiculously satisfying. And it’s exactly the kind of plate where you tell yourself, “I’m only eating two…” before suddenly wondering where the third one went!
