I didnt grow up around money, neither did I have money as a student. Infact, in my dept in UNIZIK, I was one of the poorest, though most of them didn't know it. Why? I had very basic tastes, learnt from my parents how to be content with what I have and never hunger for things so far above me that I will be willing to do anything to get it. I trekked round Awka, ate twice a day at the most, survived on the pittance my parents could afford but still was very happy and active. I have looked at price tags all my life, calculated expenses because I didn't have the luxury of being financial stupid with money I didnt have. I knew money was important, but I also knew it wasn't the most important, so I never married or slaved for it. It took me time to be financially independent, but now that I'm here, the feeling is liberating. Most women underestimate the power of financial freedom or independence. That ability to wake up in the morning, without help, assistance or permission from anyone, make purchases or financial decisions about your life that make you happy. Most women will never know it till they die. No, i am not talking wealth even, I am talking of having money to buy things yourself, make yourself happy and useful. I have one big vice when it comes to money: I love GADGETS! Na cars i been fess like, but since i can't afford it, na gadgets be my second love. IPhone 18 is out. I have iPhone 17 promax. Do I need the 18? No. Why? I also have Samsung Fold 8. Will i buy through 18? Probably. I love exploring new gadgets...though I will trade in both phones and get different ones... Why am I saying this? Dear Women...do all you can to put money in your pockets. Start small and grow. I started wit buying fuel for my car...as part of independence (I nearly die that time), but now? I save, invest and have little extras to buy small things that I enjoy (like that 18🙄). Like this stunning outfit from @luchi_couture . I can wake up and buy 2 more. I never see official videos. I am still waiting...but while I do, make una use these fine pics hold body. This was my first outfit at the just concluded B³ Summit in Anambra. This gorgeous outfit was made by @luchi_couture and it is a masterpiece! I chose this Isi-Agu fabric because this is a homecoming edition for me...what says, I am Igbo more than wearing my culture? I got this fabric from @madamchi_fabrics and I know its wanted to do an up and down...but when i hear the price, na race I use collect only one yard to do top🤣🤣 Its a miracle how @luchi_couture managed to use one yard to produce this top!!! Nne, u are a miracle worker! Thank you! I dont understand the brown pants...we even fight small...she absolutely refused to make black pants...she said I too like black. Make I ask una: is this top better on brown or black?? Me laidis? I will still wear it wit black...but rate it. My hair is from @pius_primacy and if you were at the summit, you would have heard the price...this is the beauty of the South-East...importers, great prices and the issue is, VISIBILITY! This hair is just a little over 300k and you know i wont lie. There is an argument, some people are saying B³ Anambra is the most successful edition ever... Its an argument. The Port-Harcourt people who came, were all of the same opinion... I don't know about that. The success of the Summit is still shocking me till now... Guess what? After the event, I got more people coming over to me to apologise for not supporting or sponsoring the event, despite my pleas and calls. They did not understand what the event was about, neither did they think it was going to be this successful. Well, here we are. Validated. God be praised. These beautiful photos were taken by @neatimages.ng and every speaker got a photo session and the results were mind blowing! See, I would never have known that such a brand exists here...not on this level! Dear @neatimages.ng you are the BOSS!!!!
