🍂 Mabon Forest Retreat
27th & 28 September

I’d like to invite you to a weekend of balance, reflection, and ritual as we honour the turning of the wheel.

As the year turns toward the Autumn Equinox, we arrive at Mabon a sacred time of balance, harvest, and preparation for the darker half of the year. It’s a moment to pause and honour both the light and the dark within and around us… to gather in what has grown, gently release what is complete, and take a deep breath before the descent into stillness.

This 2-day wild retreat will be a sanctuary for your soul. Between the forest, the fire, and the medicines, we gather to return to ourselves. 🌳🔥✨

🌀 What to Expect Across the Weekend
✨ Kambó a deep cleanse, known as the “vaccine of the forest.”
✨ Cacao & Mushroom Ceremony : heart-opening medicine to connect, expand, and ground.
✨ Sound Healing & Shamanic Journey to guide your release and realignment.
✨ Fire Ceremony under the Stars : honouring cycles of light and shadow.
✨ Forest Bathing, Lake Swim & Nature Connection to root into the Earth’s wisdom.
✨ Soul Inquiry & Seasonal Reflection : to align with Mabon’s balance.
✨ Vegan Food, Snacks & Teas nourishing your body.
✨ Time to Rest, Integrate & Connect: a circle of support and presence.

We will also be offering Rapé (Hapé) a sacred Amazonian snuff medicine traditionally used to ground the body, clear the mind, and open spiritual connection. Administered with prayer and intention

🏕️Staying in BnB or camping

🍂 a sacred gathering to nourish your body, open your heart, and prepare your spirit for the new cycle.

✨ This is for you if…

You feel ready to release fear and limiting beliefs

You crave authentic connection and deep presence

You want to celebrate Mabon in a small, sacred gathering

You seek soul expansion, healing, and community
(No experience needed – just open minded , bring your heart, and surrender to the process)

✨ Only 9 spaces available✨

Full details & preparation will be shared after booking.

📩 DM me for questions or to reserve your place.

I look forward to sharing this magical weekend with you all.
