Our star girl - Lucia ✨

Lucia has been training with us in the lead up to Hyrox Kids in Amsterdam which she completed in January. She has since taken part in London Kids Hyrox placing 24th/203 in her age group across the world.

Her hyrox training at Sisu consists of twice a week - 1-1 personal training with @imogendawson_pt refining weak points and replicating race scenarios and the academy group hyrox class for competitiveness and group work.

@lucialeec we are all so proud. 🫶🏼

Our Hyrox kids academy is open to ages 6+. For more info please send us over a message.

Raced alongside strength.
Watched the next generation step up.
Different moments, same kind of proud. 🖤

I remember coming to watch a friend race back in 2021 at the ExCeL, and the place was dead.

Fast forward to today racing and supporting our members and clients, I can’t believe how huge it’s become.

I might not build my whole identity around being a “Hyroxer,” but you’ve got to appreciate the incredible impact HYROX has had on the functional fitness world over the past few years.

Big shoutout to the Sisu fam repping as always, support team for looking after us, and to Coach Phod for putting up with every excuse I had for not running faster (snotty nose, cramp… you name it).

Came away with a 1:09. I’ll take that. 🫡
