Another project in the books! 🛠️ We removed the old parquet floors, prepped the subfloor with self-leveling, and installed beautiful 28mm Lucida flooring in “Pioneer Oak.” The final result looks incredible.

A big thank you to Scherr Contracting for trusting us with this project!

Transforming this garage and basement became something far deeper than a renovation. It felt like a sacred assignment. Every time I design a space, I feel myself partnering with God… listening, shaping, and creating a home for peace, purpose, and healing to live.

This project began as a forgotten corner of the house, bare, cluttered, and unfinished. But my client carried a beautiful vision: a private healing center where breathwork, ceremony, and quiet transformation could unfold. A place where anyone who walked in would feel held, safe, and softened.

Together, we breathed life into the space.
We gave the family their own private way in and created a gentle, welcoming path for clients. We infused the rooms with natural textures and soft tones, wood, stone, warm neutrals, elements that feel like a grounding embrace. Slowly, the space shifted. It softened. It opened.

What once felt cold and unused now feels like a sanctuary. A retreat that supports both the family’s rhythm and the healing work happening within its walls. A space that exudes calm the moment you step inside.

I am endlessly grateful for projects like this, where design feels like devotion. Where every choice becomes an offering. Where a simple room becomes a haven that holds people, comforts them, and invites them to breathe a little deeper.
Enjoy the before and after!
