We started at the bar with one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve had, while my date enjoyed a Whiskey Sour. 😅 You can tell when a mixologist understands the kitchen there’s that same attention to balance, detail and flavour in every sip🍹

A special thank you to @johannanowrichter for the warm welcome, and to @chefjohannes , @luckson.ma and the entire @thelivingroomatsummerhill team for allowing me to experience the Chef’s Table.

Watching the team work with such passion, precision and creativity was truly inspiring.

@luckson.ma, I see you. 👊🏾 The culinary future is in very good hands.

@chefjohannes ,keep on, keeping on.You are definitely carrying the light for the industry 🇿🇦✨

Again @chefjohannes and the entire @thelivingroomatsummerhill team thank you for allowing me to experience your world. What you do is more than cooking; it is storytelling, discipline, passion and art on a plate🤍

The flavours were exceptional, but what stayed with me most was the love behind them.

As a chef,I didn’t just leave satisfied …I left inspired. 🫶🏾
