Snippets from three life-changing weeks. ✨

I can’t believe it’s already been almost two months since I completed my YTT. It had been on my bucket list for a long time, but I never really felt capable of doing it. I thought I wasn’t good enough and often questioned whether it even made sense for me to do it. I saw these incredible, inspiring teachers and thought I could never be like them.

So one day, I decided to let go of all the expectations and overthinking and booked the training for myself. Not because of any future expectations, but simply because I genuinely wanted to learn more about yoga and its many paths.

I have to say that after finishing the training, I feel even more like a beginner. It feels like I’ve only just scratched the surface, and I’m even more eager to keep learning. I still doubt myself a lot, and I appreciate every single teacher more than ever before.

I don’t know if I’ll ever feel capable enough to teach, but I know for sure that I will never regret going for this YTT. It brought me so much. Of course, I learned a lot about yoga, but I also got to live yoga both on and off the mat, in the most beautiful place. I learned to slow down despite all the thoughts telling me I shouldn’t. I stepped out of my comfort zone and allowed myself to be seen and heard. And, most importantly, I met some of the most inspiring and loving humans who will forever stay in my heart. 🤍

Thank you @lakshmirising and all of you who shared this experience with me. Can’t wait to hear about your future adventures.

Grateful to be a student of yoga🧘🏼‍♀️
