Mat Pilates really is therapy. ✨
A moment to slow down, reconnect with your body, strengthen from the inside out, and leave feeling a little more balanced than when you walked in. Strong body, clear mind, calm energy — that’s the power of Pilates.

Okay yes it’s the 19th of Feb but let’s pretend it’s still January for a hot minute🙃

We’ve had a full time over here.

Over 2000 posts scheduled.
670 Reels produced.
20+ businesses partnered with.
Websites designed and launched.
Ads scaled.
Emails sent that actually converted.
And many happy clients 🫶🏽

I don’t always shout about what we do, but when I look back on the year I’m so proud.

Strategy led growth.
Consistent, considered content.
Brands that feel aligned and actually connected to their audience.

Grateful for the businesses who trust us with their baby and who genuinely feel like family to myself and the gal gang at Social Etc.

If 2025 looked like this, 2026 is going to be wild but in all the good ways.

Everybody wants this… until they realise it’s not just a workout, it’s an obsession 🔥
Stronger core. Longer lines. That shake you pretend you don’t love.

Once you start reformer, there’s no going back.
Your body will thank you later.

What a huge year for my not so little baby @socialetc.
And what a beautiful team that helped make it all happen 🥹💌
If you told me at the beginning of covid I would be here, almost 6 years later with a full roster of clients who I genuinely love, who feel like family and a team of 5 women who are all incredible in their own unique way and care about my business + our clients as much as me I would have probably laughed, rolled my eyes and taken another sip of my chai or Margie depending on the time of day hehe.

So proud of what Social Etc has become to the Northern Rivers, what we put out there for all our clients but mostly when I sat with my cute af team last week whilst we celebrated our year together I just felt proud to be doing all of this along side them and watching them learn, grow along the way and hear from them about their experience and what they love about working for Social Etc.

Taking a step back last week and seeing what I created made me emotional. It takes a lot physically and mentally and not a lot of people see that, just the end result in the marketing realm.

We’ve spent the last 6 weeks planning, shooting content, and preparing like psychos to have a break to shut off, unwind, regroup and reenergise and now it’s time.

Ciao for 2025, what a year, see you in 2026 💃🏼
