To celebrate the Sourdough Home Plus launch in the UK, we hosted a hands-on sourdough class with @breadaheadbakery 🍞

Bakers fed starters, mixed and shaped dough, and took home their baked loaves. We laughed, broke bread together, and of course shared the joys of baking.

Thank you to our entire community and to everyone who joined us for this unforgettable evening. We can’t wait for what’s ahead! ✨🌾

Short but sweet ❤️🥹 After 9 months teaching at @breadaheadbakery , it’s time to put down the chef whites and move onto other projects. Over the last couple months, I’ve been juggling three jobs and something was going to have to give… but I have nothing but great memories from my time here!

Where do I begin - it’s been a privilege to share my knowledge with countless members of the public. Not only that, but I have been able to hone and develop my craft thanks to all the wonderful teachers and assistants at the Bread Ahead Bakery School. I have learned something from every single one of you!

A massive thank you to all of those who made my last weekend with the company so special! My belief is that making great bread is an attainable goal for anyone, and if just a handful of the students I’ve had over this time still rustle up the odd loaf at home, I’m a happy man.

I hope the good work being done by the amazing team at the Bread Ahead bakery school continues to go from strength to strength! I promise I won’t be a stranger! See y’all soon 😊

AD Grogu and I attended Jedi baking school because the new The Mandalorian & Grogu café is opening soon and apparently Disney trusted me near hot oil and a whisk.

Shoutout to baker @lucy_tidd for carrying us through the entire donut-making process because I was genuinely one wrong move away from creating a galactic incident.

The Grogu café opens soon and honestly? It’s very cute, very chaotic and very worth experiencing for yourself. I love my sis @lucyflight too much, more adventures please

October drop... it’s been a busy month! Finally finding my feet in my new role teaching @breadaheadbakery thanks to the amazing people who make up the bakery school there. I’m scared yet excited for the upcoming festive class season! Let the Christmas chaos ensue 🎄

@the.greatloaf and I decided to walk a really long way for no good reason. Over 40km (50,000 steps) in an afternoon and we didn’t really scratch the surface. We’re hoping to smash out 100,000 steps in a day in the near future, so this was only a warm up!

I got to see my good friend @joshreid95 absolutely tearing it up on stage at the Islington Assembly Hall. I met Josh during one of my bread classes many moons ago before recruiting him to work with the team @saintlouie.london. l’d not had the opportunity to see @mild_orange play, the band he’s been part of for around a decade, and they didn’t disappoint.

And of course there is always time for some home baking. l’ve almost turned my kitchen into a micro bakery with the rate l’ve been making bread! Even Reya seems to tired after all that 🐶🥖

The classes are suited for all skill levels, they are so much fun, the instructors are brilliant (thank you @lucy_tidd), you learn a skill and come home with something delicious. We learned joe to make a Yule log and it will be made again when I get home.
