Big Announcement! I’m so excited to finally share some huge news…

Introducing my first cookbook, PLENTIFUL, out in April 2023.

Plentiful means abundance, existing in or yielding great qualities. A word that reminded me of Jamaica, an island rich in its food culture & history.

When I started Dee’s Table it was all about inviting people to my ‘Table’, and PLENTIFUL is exactly that. Welcoming you all into my home, through my recipes & personal stories. I wanted to honour my favourite flavours from Jamaica & nostalgia from my early childhood while giving vegan realness as always.

A never ending thank you to my wonderful team at @hardiegrantuk and @silemignon_. This book was an absolute dream to make 🤎

Pre-order the book now via the link in my bio!

It’s Friday again, which means it’s time for another piece of writing from a past issue! This time around, we’ve popped the lovely @lucyaaark ‘s piece, Cook’s Treats from Issue 3, where it was accompanied by @c.lemontine’s beautiful monoprint. The perfect dedication to nibbling while you cook.

Happy proper birth day Lucy Amelia Rose Kingett - named after the bird that soars high over the South Downs, north of Brighton where she was born.

Hasn’t she done well?
