MOTION 26

I will never be able to fully put into words everything that happened at Motion 26. God revealed Himself to me in so many ways. He taught me to trust Him when He says to move and when He says to wait. He showed me why I should have faith in His plan. He revealed to me just how intentional He is. Intentional in where He has you (even if that’s on a charter bus with no leg room haha). Intentional with who He has surrounding you. Intentional in the waiting, the moving, and the trials.

Pictures 1 & 2 are me watching some of my CREW worship God, encounter Him, and surrender to Him. Going into Motion I was feeling so unworthy of being a leader. I was letting the shame and guilt of where I have led others in the past really get to me. But in those moments, God reminded me of His grace and mercy and told me to open my eyes and see where I was leading others now. I’m not at all perfect, I definitely still make mistakes. But God is working through it all.

I learned that God doesn’t just want to introduce you to Himself, He also wants to reintroduce you to your self- who He created you, with intention, to be.

He doesn’t want to bless your plans when He can introduce you to His, which are already blessed.

Sometimes you have to be still, sometimes you have to shout, ALWAYS you have to be obedient. God wouldn’t ask you to do something without intention and a plan. If He is the one who created the plan, why wouldn’t you trust Him when He Says to move?

God doesn’t need your strength, He needs your surrender.

God doesn’t go with us, we go with God. Wait on God. Live at Godspeed.
