🌙 LIFT THE CURFEW RUN//CLUB! WE’RE TAKING TO THE STREETS ❤️‍🔥

Because everyone deserves to feel safe running, walking and moving freely. And we’re stronger when we stand together.

📅 Monday 26th October
⏰ 6PM Meet us in the bar at Moreton Hall Health Club

We’re lacing up, turning up the tunes, grabbing our glow sticks and heading out together for a special LIFT THE CURFEW RUN//CLUB🌃

Members & non members welcome. We’ll run, walk or jog a 5km loop to town and back to the club, with @ellaprice.pt @lucycarterpt @thardy09 at the front, middle and back so you’re never alone 🫶🏼 No pace pressure, no one left behind. Just good people, good energy and getting those steps in together.

Post run, we’ll have hot drinks, cakes, complimentary sauna use & more!

We run together. We look out for each other. We lift the curfew 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

POV: YOUR BOSS SAYS YOU HAVE CREATIVE FREEDOM… 👀📱

Lucy & Ella: *immediately enter hyper-planning mode* 📆💥😂

So… we’re LIFTING THE CURFEW! 🩵🏃‍♀️

The clocks go back on Sunday 25th October, but that doesn’t mean women should have to stop enjoying the outdoors when it gets dark.

We’re joining @thisgirlcanuk’s LIFT THE CURFEW movement to challenge the safety fears that stop women from running and walking outdoors after dark and we want everyone to be part of it!

📆 MONDAY 26TH OCTOBER
📍MORETON HALL HEALTH CLUB

HERE’S THE PLAN 👇

🕕 6PM - Meet at the club
🔥 6:10PM - Warm up & GO!
🏃‍♀️ A town loop, running or walking together
☕ Buy one hot drink, get one FREE when we’re back
🧖‍♀️ Complimentary use of our saunas & steam room

We’ll have coaches at the front AND back of the group, so nobody gets left behind. As usual, every pace is welcome: run, jog, walk or bring a mate! 🫶

BUT HERE’S WHERE YOU COME IN… 👀

Our boss has given us creative freedom, so we want YOUR ideas! 💡

👇 What would make this event even better?
👇 Which local businesses should get involved?
👇 Tag a business you’d love to see supporting Lift The Curfew!

Think refreshments, treats, goodies, giveaways or anything else that would make the evening extra special. Let’s get our local community involved! 🩵

Because feeling safe and free to move outdoors shouldn’t come with a curfew.

EVERY PACE. EVERY PLACE. EVERYONE. 🩵

Drop your ideas below and tag away, let’s see what we can make happen! 👇👀

So… what actually IS Strictly Fabulous?! 👀🪩

Basically…

11 weeks of dancing, different styles, new routines, big tunes and a LOT of fun.

And before you panic…
❌ You don’t need a dance partner
❌ You don’t need dance experience
❌ You don’t need to be “good” at dancing
✅ You just need to fancy giving it a go.

Choose your night:
💃🏻 THURSDAY 5:30pm
🕺🏻 FRIDAY 7:00pm
