Another chapter closed 🍾✨

This place has held the best of the best, but also the hardest moments & memories, but to say I’m thankful is an understatement!
The people I’ve met here have changed my life. I’m forever grateful for the impact that every single person I have met here has imprinted me with.

2024 a year of change for sure, from the end of the @lucycling era to a freak hurricane that tore though western North Carolina. This was definitely a year that helped me become a more well rounded individual, and learn to adapt in adversity when events are completely out of your control.
Excited to use these experiences to succeed in my 2025 racing!!!!
@south_side_xc excited to get this team off the ground!!

Quite a week and weekend in SingletonCoaching Land:
1) Zane (#1115) comes 4th in the season-ending OH/IN all-star race only about 7sec off the winner
2) Eric sporting the new St Charles Composite Club team jersey in Bentonville collegiate MTB nationals
3 & 4) And Abi climbing the podium twice! 4th in Dual Slalom and 5th in Downhill
5) the family remains: all the LU alums. Sticking together thru thick and thin
6) Made a quick visit to Columbus to see Coach Cookie and his bride, and of course a stop at Paulie Gee’s for pizza
7) A few of the junior men got together to train on Saturday,
8) A future Singleton (look for him in January) starts collecting some wardrobe
9 & 10) Macy & Ajay working hard for big big events in their immediate future.

Fourth of July has your admin feeling nostalgic. Continually grateful to have been/still be participating in this track community for over a decade now. We’ve ridden races, welcomed new riders, patched holes, cut grass, picked up trash, and a whole host of other little things that keep the ball moving forward hopefully. Here’s to another decade of making fireworks happen (literally and metaphorically) at @penroseparkvelo! Enjoy your Thursday and get ready for a real firecracker of a race Sunday at the River City Omnium. In track we trust. 💣 🎆 🍾 ✌️

Beautiful day for Stage 1 @ Killington Stage Race (Circuit race day). Ella held her own, finished with the pack and even took the first Sprint points. Finished the day in a natural ice bath (probably colder than actual ice bath lol). Tomorrow brings Road Race—61 grueling miles (4,600+feet of climbing) in the beautiful Vermont Mountains.

New Rider Announcement!! 📣

Hailing from a few miles away we welcome @stacimccudden to the Apex Cycling Team! Staci joins Apex in a Guest Ride role intermittently this season as she hopes to enjoy her time in the US before heading back home to Australia! Here years or racing experience and joy to be apart of a team are sure to be great fit!

Current Cat: 2

From: Adelaide, South Australia
Based in: Saint Louis, Missouri

Favourite Race: @tourofamericasdairyland

I wanted to join Apex because: I was looking for a team that valued good team culture and racing with a positive environment. They were also very welcoming of having me.

Goals for the Season: To have fun, make memories, and learn something from every race.

A Fun Fact: I recently graduated from Lindenwood University, double majoring and racing on their cycling team.

2024 USA Cycling Collegiate Road National Championships: Accomplishment, The End, Ducky, Texas Pride, Serenade, The Team, Friendship, Hugs. Some of the reasons why I love covering Collegiate events. Thank you to all the coaches and student athletes for the access and opportunity to capture these moments and tell your story through my lens. Cheers!
